Returns & Refund Policy

  • Returns & Refunds Policy will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in this document and may be issued as store credit or credited to the original account used for purchase.
  • Refund requests will be addressed within 5 to 7 business days, provided that the product has not yet been delivered or does not meet your expectations.
  • Returns - Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged, and unused with the security tag and original tickets attached.
  • Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be returned to us within 5 days of creating the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of the policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • A Return Authorization must be requested before sending the return. - Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

  • If your order qualifies for a return, the Returns Center will provide you with a printable return label. To facilitate a seamless return process, please include your packing slip and specify the reason for the return.
  • Upon receiving the returned merchandise and confirming its compliance with our return policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the initial shipping costs incurred from The Urbanites Store to the customer will be deducted from the return amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or is missing components.
